Managing Director
Mr. Rohan Senanayake is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of United Kingdom and fellow member of the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. Mr. Senanayake counts over 40 years experience in financial markets including insurance, stock broking, fund management and corporate finance. Mr. Senanayake was the Deputy Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of SMB Leasing PLC (formally known as Seylan Merchant Bank PLC) and Seylan Merchant Leasing PLC, Head of Investments of Ceylinco Insurance (Life) and Non-Executive Director of Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd . He was the Managing Director of Orient Capital Limited and also was the Director of Leasing Association of Sri Lanka from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Senanayake holds number of Board positions serving in the capacity of Chairman/Managing Director of CAPM Group, K Seeds Investments (Pvt) Ltd, Kenanga Capital Holdings Ltd, Chairman of Premier Wealth Management Ltd and Deputy Chairman of Nestor Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. He currently serves as an investment committee member at Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd and Independent Non Executive Director of Ceyline Holdings (Pvt) Ltd..

Ms. Chamila Ramanayake is a MBA Holder of University of West London and B. Sc. of Open University of Sri Lanka. She has been working at Seylan Merchant Bank Group since 1997. Also she serves as a Director of AKLAW Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd and CDS Fashions (Pvt) Ltd.

She is a distinguished Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, holding a degree from the University of Colombo and having successfully completed the Attorneys-at-Law examinations. Further strengthening her academic credentials, she obtained a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, in 2007.
With over 28 years of extensive professional experience, she is a highly accomplished legal practitioner specializing in Corporate Law, Corporate Litigation, Conveyancing, Land Law, International Trade Law, and Company Secretarial practice. Her career spans both national and multinational organizations, where she has consistently delivered strategic, results-driven legal solutions.
She is the Founder and Senior Partner of Dias & Dias Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries Public, a well-established legal practice providing comprehensive legal services. She also leads Dias & Dias Associates, a firm focused on a wide range of litigation services. Through these roles, she continues to provide trusted legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of clients.
She previously served as Director – Legal & Human Resources at Seylan Merchant Bank PLC, a public limited company and subsidiary of Seylan Bank PLC, where she reported directly to the CEO and played a key role in legal strategy and corporate management over a decade of service.
Her leadership experience extends to board-level appointments, having served as a Board Director of Nestor Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the Colombo Stock Exchange, and K Seeds Investment (Pvt) Ltd, a financial advisory firm.
In the public sector, she served as Public Relations Officer to the Hon. Governor of the Western Province at the Governor’s Office of the Western Provincial Council, contributing to public communication and stakeholder engagement.
A respected member of the legal fraternity, she is a Life Member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and the Colombo Law Society, reflecting her longstanding commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice.
